This training course is an introduction on health and safety aspects that are expected both in everyday life and in the normal line of work.
It provides an insight as to the dangers from both the work being conducted and working environment as well as how to prevent or deal with such situations. Trainees will become familiar with the meaning of the terminology and everyday examples will be given.
Furthermore, trainees will be introduced to various aspects of first aid in everyday working life and instructed on how to deal with each in the correct manner.
There will also be basic information on the behavior of workers in areas where food is produced and consumed. Trainees will be introduced to aspects of electrical safety as well as the correct approaches to take when using electrical or other types of appliances.
