Food Handling License B is designed for employees engaged in the preparation and handling of high risk open food (e.g. Fresh Cream, Custard, Meat, Poultry, Sausages, Eggs, Rice, Fish, Cheese, Milk, Shellfish.) as well as owners, managers and supervisory staff.
